"They need to do better than this."

Right off needed lobby restroom. No hot water no paper towels and the toilet didn’t flush. Husband checked in while I was in restroom and they gave him one commentary water and one cookie. Proceeded to second floor bedroom for nap prior to our event. The shower wall has mold growing on the tub. I notified the desk and suggested they send somebody up with some bleach. They didn’t. The alarm clock on the nightstand was an hour fast because daylight savings was last Saturday. Breakfast was nice. Omelet, sausage, and hash browns and your standard waffle. The furniture was very worn out and ragged looking. This hotel is in dire need of some TLC. Hilton needs to look into this.

I called 3 rimes to make sure that my 3 rooms where on the same floor or at least close to each other and that did not happen Also the wheelchair accesible room did not have any toliet paperhappen.

The place was very run down. The seats in the lobby were broken and peeling. The elevators and hallways smelled like dogs. Our room was awful... the comforter had a big stain on it, the phone didn't work, the closet door was broke, the ac stopped working, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. It was just a terrible experience for being a Hilton property...I felt like I was at a super 8!!! Very disappointed!!

room was old bathroom very dirty and mold in the shower breakfast area very dirty looked like some chairs had vomit on them .. never again ridiculous money to stay in this unkept place.

This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was noisy, my tv was broken, and my ceiling was leaking (I was on the top floor and it was raining out). It was not just a few drips. A huge area of the ceiling had water coming in. I woke up to the desk and all of my things soaked. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned or apologetic and didn’t even offer extra points let alone any kind of compensation or refund.
