Bom acolhimento, Nas datas que fomos pouca massificaçao no hotel.

Nunca conseguimos quarto vista piscina, A qualidade das carnes e peixe nas refeiçoes não é adequada, peixe congelado de baixa qualidade e carnes duras, mal cortada e cozinhadas, desmerecem o resto das refeiçoes, bastante correctas. O acesso ao parque aquatico até 16 anos, deve ser advertido mais claramente, se vais com filhos maiores ou queres desfrutar como adulto só sabes quando chegas à estadia.

One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ evening. The pork ribs were absolutely delicious, perfectly grilled with a wonderful smoky flavour and a beautifully charred finish. The two staff members running the barbecue were exceptionally friendly, professional and dedicated. Their enthusiasm and hard work really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.

One small suggestion would be to expand the range of premium soft drinks available. A wider selection of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages would further enhance the overall guest experience.

Do pessoal da animação e de todo o staff do hotel. Da qualidade da comida. De tudo ser perto: quarto, piscina, escorregas, restaurantes... Das bebidas serem de serviço livre

O bufete poderia ter mais variedade apesar da excelente qualidade do que havia disponível.
