This is a great hotel! Everything from the spacious apartment type room, the food at the buffet, which is actually hot!. and the spotlessly clean complex is perfect. But the best thing about it are the staff. I have travelled quite a lot and have never met any as helpful and friendly as the staff here , everyone, from reception to maintenance, waiters, and cleaners were exceptional. Thank you.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el personal super agradable y atento, la comida buena y variada, estuvimos 3 días y encantados, no pudimos hacer uso de las piscinas por el tiempo, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Los snacks calentitos y bastante variedad.

Perfect for our 3 night stay in Albufeira. We didn’t really leave the hotel as we had all we needed for our short stay with two small kids.

Heated pool during the cooler days would have been amazing. Also if double beds were made/stuck together so they wouldn’t slip apart.

Un excellent établissement très propre tant à l' intérieur qu'à l' extérieur ainsi qu'une infrastructure très bien entretenue.Ca fait plaisir ! et agréable aux yeux 😉 Un personnel respectueux et soucieux du bien être de sa clientèle !seul bémol la langue française n'est pas pratiquee mais ça reste un détail !Une clientel familiale avec des enfants très respectueux !pas de débordement,ni bruyant . Assez surpris du respect de la clientèle d' autant plus pour un hôtel qui accueille des enfants Une animation super ambiante le soir ! Les enfants ont adoré l ambiance. Et stupéfait du buffet par sa variété,la fraîcheur des aliments délicieux,aucun jour déçu par la nourriture !Le choix des pains était incroyable ! Une petite intention vous êtes donné à l arrivée, j' ai trouvé cela très sympa

Le manque de la langue française par le personnel.

Currently staying at this hotel for a family trip with our child, and unfortunately we are very disappointed overall. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pools and aquapark. Our daughter was extremely excited to spend the week enjoying the water activities, but sadly this has been impossible because the water is simply far too cold. Since our arrival in mid-May, the pools have been around 15°C in the morning and 17°C in the afternoon, barely reaching 20°C on the warmest day. Every time our daughter goes into the pool or on the slides, she comes back shaking from the cold. It’s no surprise that most of the pools are empty... For a 4-star hotel, this is honestly unacceptable. Pools (especially for children) should be heated to a reasonable temperature. The food has also been disappointing. It feels very much designed for children too, more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. There is little variety, especially when it comes to vegetables and healthier options. The cocktails were another letdown. They are clearly pre-made, extremely sugary, and not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel experience. It’s a shame because the location is nice, rooms are clean and the staff are super friendly. However, because of the issues mentioned above, we cannot honestly recommend this hotel, nor can we see ourselves returning.
