We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. "Great stay room was big and clean entertainment was good and plenty to do for kids buffet was lovely and had wide range"

Kids slides and club were excellent my little girl absolutely loved it along with park and entertainment …. Hotel was spotless and well maintained.

Alcoholic drinks were nice but I’m sure were alcohol free . Snack bar needed more snacks although they were nice you seemed to be always waiting for food instead of it being available like in most other hotels

Gostamos por ser um hotel familiar, com várias opções de comidas para as crianças.

A água das piscinas era gelada. Não se compreende com tantos comentários a queixar-se do mesmo para quem vai em épocas mais frias ainda não terem resolvido esta questão.

Everything was great from the moment we checked in until we checked out! Just wish we could have stayed longer! All the staff were super bubbly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the food was the best I've had at an all inclusive. Pools and slides amazing and fun activities for all!
