The hotel is so clean and well taken care of, it is a credit to the owners/staff. We loved the food there. For an all inclusive resort, the food was top quality and the variety was amazing! The staff were also so lovely and helpful. The mini disco and quiz afterwards is such fun. There was a magic show one night that my kids are still talking about - they loved it! All in all, the resort is very safe for kids so it was really relaxing for us parents too.

The only negative that we can say about the hotel is the sofa beds in the apartment. They are very high for small kids so we ended up having to put them on the floor which wasn't ideal for comfort.

Super friendly staff, clean apartments. Overall a lovely week and a good place to stay for a few days. Would recommend highly for parents with young families.

Cold swimming pools dinner buffet didn’t have the best choice & Wine from tap tasted awful. Can be noisy due to amount of smallies about, it’s not a quite spot.

Club humbria was designed with families in mind. The apartments are spacious and offer things like a kitchenette, bathtub, and a clothesline to make the stay with a toddler easier. Each complex has a bin at the front where guests can leave items they don’t want anymore. We were able to use pool toys and a couple swim diapers! The facility was immaculately clean and the entertainment staff and dining staff were very kind. We enjoyed all the pools, although they aren’t heated. I suggest wetsuits if you’re coming on a shoulder or off season. It didn’t reach 70 degrees, but we were still able to play.

The staff at the front desk were vert curt. The kids club had a “cowboys and Indians” day where a staff member dressed up as an indigenous person- this was extremely culturally insensitive. The food. There was an abundance of it and we always found something but my stomach hurt after most nights. We would have loved more Portuguese options.
