Peermont Walmont at Mmabatho Palms

No heat on the cold days of the month,even have flue from that trip and no wake up call for breakfast of breakfast pack in the morning. They only prepared breakfast twice during the stay

The room was neat and modern ,bed was great...reception staff polite

There was a terrible smell in reception and dining area..almost like stale urine...secondly the food in particular the breakfast was oily and smelt like it had been done in old oil...dining room staff ...could do with some training in waitressing

I booked in. Paid. Told to wait until 18h00. Rooms not clean. Contacted bit later. No room. Must move to Protea. That's fine. Had to pay alot more. Paid twice. Now have the mission to recover money. These people are disorganized.

The hotel has a Casino in the building. I can imagine that it's going to be noisy. They should make that clear when you book.

One of only two quality hotels in Mahikeng. Great rooms and good quality meals. Reception staff were professional and helpful .

All rooms only have large double beds ,no rooms have 2 single bed options. Breakfast was a little unorganized. Late setup and food order took over an hour to arrive. No complementary wifi ....

Customer Service at Entry point..from gate entrance to reception and receptionist in attendance...requires serious attention least the collapse of your front desk..
