The staff didnt assist with carrying our luggage when we checked in and out. The cappuccino cups didnt were the wrong size. There was a loud noise in room 14 that staff werent aware of or could rectify.

The stay was good for the most part and the staff was really helpful..

The pool which was the main attarction was not clean, which prevented us from fully enjoying the stay.

Everything was proper
