Peermont Walmont at Mmabatho Palms

The receptionist was very nice and so was the room.

Breakfast experience was terrible, we waited for +- 1 hr 45 min for the food, when i asked the waiter if there was fruit salads, yoghurts and toast, she said no. We ended up leaving withoung having brealfast. Even now, we have not be refunded for breakfast nor be contacted by the manager to apologise or let us know when will we be refunded.

The rooms are beautiful executive rooms and the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The dining area is modern and spacious, lovely space

The carpets are old and need cleaning, the parking is far from the rooms, our sheets had stains from previous guests and the duvet was visibly dirty, we called them to change the bedding and my wife had to assist because there were no house keeping staff. The breakfast was horrible, no coffee as their coffee machine was broken, no buffet cold breakfast and could not serve fruit salad because they had no fruit at all. There is no room service , I just did not receive value for my money, they use foam mattresses and their pillows are so hard, it's ridiculous 😑
