Peermont Walmont at Mmabatho Palms

Value for money. A very chilled and relaxed place. I stay was superb and awesome. I will be coming for vacation soon. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom, it needs serious renovations and retrofitting.

The hotel is great i can't complain,but i edge the employees to pay attension to small things that i mensioned on the first page of my survey.Otherwise you guys are doing such a great job and im willing to come back

After making a booking for two adults sharing at check in we were allocated an incorrect room. At breakfast the next day we are told that breakfast is for one...what about my spouse? I decided to just pay. At lunch we used the room service menu to order in, an hour later we still hadn't received order or any word. After inquiring the wrong food was sent. Called to speak to the manager but unfortunately they are on lunch so we just have to wait. Service hell not worth the stars on there

Keep up the excellent service.The only challenge I had while at your hotel was shortage of cutlery at the tables in the dinning hall, I was a bit frustrated but not a train smash I was finally sorted,

Clean and nice hotel with a good view hotel. Nice and clean sheets. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Parking is galore and the hotel is in close vicinity of useful amenities. Good breakfast, and I wouldn't mind to visit this place again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mmabatho Palms. The staff was friendly and very professional. The food that was served at breakfast was to our satisfaction and offered enough options fot us to choose from.

The staff at mmabatho palms try their level best to provide quality service, but i believe management is not doing enough in terms of assuring quality service.Guest Parking- It was not for the first time i struggle with the parking, all i have realized is there is no proper control over parking, day visitors and night club patrons occupy parking that i tend to believe it is for sleep in guests, eventually we end up parking far from our the hotel entrance and porters are not even easily available or seen.Swimming Pool- guest in the hotel cannot enjoy the swimming facility as it is populated by day visitors, the pool operates like a public swimming poolPublic Area- Public area is too noisy until the early hours of the morning, there are always people who are loitering in the public area around pool side, they sit and make a lot of noise while we try to sleep, i believe management needs to do proper monitoring, for instance there was a employee who was trying to ask the day visitors who where consuming alcohol and smoking some weird stuff to move as they were close to the rooms but instead the groupie swear at the lady. Room Service including food-That needs to be sorted as soon as possible, room service takes forever and the food always cold.Generally the quality of service is disappointing everytime i visit mmabatho palms, the place look great, staff good but i think there is an issue of controls

when we do our booking on the VA26 they ask us if we smoke but they give us the rooms which smell cigarette. i think we should be asked if we check in that which room do we want because i dont smoke and the smell of cigarette smell bad.
