First room assigned had horrible odor and we had to move a floor away from our son and family No hair dryer or shampoo in our room, no tp in son’s room.

"No spa, indoor warm pool, clean stay"

This is for hampton inn reno in the business park. The pool is warm indoors, the room is clean, coffee and creamer all day by the front desk. There is no spa. Looks like it was tiled over compared to old photos, but the spa capacity was 4.

"Mostly Good But..."

The hotel is nice, fairly easy to locate, and felt safe. I had two dissatisfactions: the box that was supposed to contain a bar of soap was empty (the front desk gave me a new soap; not a big deal) and the carpet in my room was slightly sticky (a bigger deal). The room had a mild smell of cleaning fluid when I checked in at 4:00pm so I know it had been cleaned. The carpet between the end of the bed and the cabinet was icky. I stepped on it when I took my socks off and immediately put them back on to walk to the side of the bed.

We had made a note that we had a small dog when we made the reservation( through Expedia). When I made the reservation the fee for the dog was $50.00. When I came to check in, the desk clerk informed me that management had recently raised the pet fee. I said “ no, my reservation had a specified amount!” She informed me there was nothing she could do. I reminded her I was a long time Hilton Honors member- did no good. IShe actually said if I hadn’t booked on a secondary site, she might have been able to do something. That is not right. Won’t be back to this Hampton!!!
