No air conditioning, but they provided a fan in this very hot weather.

They should state on their website that the hotel lies in a low emission zone and people could be charged extra.

at 8.00am there was very little in the way of cooked breakfast, and no fried eggs on offer at all. The bread for toast was hidden behind a pile plates. I don't think they had many people staying there that night as we were about the only people in the breakfast room.

No air conditioning and the room was stifling. The sash window only opened a few inches and allowed very little air in.

The location was excellent for me as I played golf locally and the hotel was reasonable close to the motorway back to Norfolk. The room was very comforatble and very spacious for a single occupant. The breakfast consisted of the standard english style and was adequate while not exceptional.

My room was very quiet with a pleasant view onto the golf course.

It is very dated and needs a lot of attention, the place is run down and grubby. It used to be a lovely place and clean but it’s now very disappointing.
