Easy parking.

Property is very tired. We asked to move from the first room allocated to us as there was a droning, vibrating noise in the room. Upon getting in to bed in the second room I was very uncomfortable as the springs had come through the mattress. I had to place a pillow over the exposed springs in order to be remotely comfortable. The doors in the corridors have no soft close and were banging througout the night. The whole place needs refurbishing.

Bed , poor uncomfortable mattress and very squeaky bed frame every time one moved. At check the surprise of a parking fee , something new here of which no notice given. In addition website still advertised " free parking". A number of guests made a similar complaint too.. The whole place does look a " little tired".

Easy access from motorway and to the venue we were travelling to - meal in the hotel bar was good, drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were really nice and welcoming, and ready to help in any way

Rooms were very poor and bathroom was very grubby and run down. The whole place needs a massive refurb, dated and run down hotel a shame because the grounds were beautiful

Nice location and overall building very pleasant on nice leafy surroundings.

A bit run down and old fashioned in bathroom. Black spots of mould on ceiling of bathroom above shower. Walls quite thin - could hear the person in neighbouring coughing a lot!
