good breakfast,lovely clean room and really good mattress great sleep ,location is great lovely trees and great golf course.

shower did not turn off very well.

Loved the outside dining area, view of the golf course and food was lovely.

1) My room had scaffolding outside so had a shocking view and also fear that someone could climb up and get into my room. 2) Curtains were off their rail. 3) Bed uncomfortable 4) Bar staff surley and rude. 5) Not disabled friendly.

Quiet location with easy access to MLS

Scaffolding outside the window. 5 am woken by the bottle wagon emptying the bins , took ages and right outside the window. A little dated inside.

Good location off A23, great views over golf course, very warm welcome from all staff. Good parking facilities.

No air- con

Staff at reception and the bar and restaurant was very helpful.

Have been many times in past 20 years.. bit dated now but price reflects this..

Fire alarm going off two early mornings in a row, quality of coffee with breakfast was very poor. Even the machine behind bar wasn’t great
