Coulsdon Manor Hotel and Golf Club

Location. Comfortable room.

There need to be met curtains on ground floor rooms. We opened the curtains to let in some daylight whilst dressing to find golfers directly outside. Needs to be sorted.

The Coulsdon Manor Hotel is a perfect place for my purpose, the staff are exceptional in every way. The situation is wonderful as well because I always stay with my dog. You can walk all around the hotels Golf course which is lovely. I have stayed here many times now over the last 2 years whilst visiting an elderly relative in the area and have never been disappointed.

There’s nothing not to like especially if you’re staying with a dog, it’s perfect

Convenient Location. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water.

Chipped bath, loud 6 am recycling collection, thin walls

Grand hotel with good sized rooms

Unfortunately there was work on the roof scheduled and we weren’t informed so from 8.15am it was like two giant tap dancing above us.

Receptionist Sharon was excellent. Very professional and polite. Keep up the great work Sharon

The hotel is in need of a major update, especially the bathrooms
