De lagoon die niet bij het resort hoorde

De enorme herrie, de geluidsboxen staan zo hard dat je die aan de andere kant van het park hoort. De muziek in het restaurant bij het strand staat zo hard dat je elkaar niet verstaat en sochtends hebben ze al een keiharde beat in de muziek. Alles wat je doet draait om geld. Veel te erge dronken mensen die anderen lastig vallen, te weinig zonnebedden en ondanks een bordje waarop staat niet reserveren worden er toch handdoeken gelegd om 6u sochtends. Meerdere mensen zetten ook hun eigen muziek nog keihard aan. Dit is meer een jongeren vakantie, niet voor gezinnen of ouderen. Van onze groep, 7 personen, zijn er 6 erg ziek geworden van het eten.

"Nice budget all inclusive resort."

We liked that the food & drinks were unlimited. The resort was clean and huge. The staff was great. The food was decent at best in the buffet. We loved the Italian restaurant it was very good. The pool was nice and clean.

The resort was a bit outdated and some elevators didn't work. The mini fridge in the room was out too. The place is big and therefore long walks from the buffet to the beach or rooms. We didn't like the amount of seaweed & smell of it.

We are having a great time. The resort is dated and our room is musty on the first floor; however, the fantastic service from the staff make up for it. We are in Building 1, Tulum, and are close to the secondary buffet for breakfast and lunch, and close to the main pools and beach. Victor, in our buffet is wonderful. Thank you for your friendly service. You are all very nice and help to make our trip more enjoyable. Thank you.
