"One of the worst hotel me and my kids stayed in"

I didn’t like anything about this place rooms look way older then the picture the advertising online

This place is nasty on our second night my husband and kid woke up bitten by bed bugs @3am we left immediately after we talked to the lady at the front desk. I believe her name is Alice. She said she can’t get a hold of her boss at this time to get our money back, but he will call me tomorrow never happen. I’ve been calling for days. No one is picking up like they looking at the number and knowing it’s me the manger name is Steven she said ,we left a whole day before we was supposed to be this … but I’m sure if we would’ve caused a seen that manger would’ve showed up and just a lil extra they microwaved did work

The room was average, the service was the same. The breakfast was terrible. I prepaid the room, didn't use anything extra including room service, but there was an extra $14 charged to my card. Don't understand that.

"Bad Service and Experience"

Location

Hard to reach front desk they had bed bugs and roaches in my room! I had bites all over my body went down to front desk ask to speak to the Manager they weren't on site they did offer to change my room bo other accommodations were given it was too late @ 1:00 am to checkout to drive on highway and after spending over 200.00 on the room. Upon checking out asked to speak to the Manager still not on property or was unable to reach! Gave Front desk clerk my information never received a phone call! Bad experience and will never stay at Comfort Inn Suites Again! Didn't rest comfortably at all was up most of the night!
