The water pressure in the shower was great. The mini fridge stayed nice and cold. The room was a good size plenty of space.

The front reception couldn’t explain the sign on the counter about potentially holding the amount of 7 stays worth on your card. One room key stopped working. The hair dryer sparked when tried to use it. The phone, without being touched, would make this loud dial tone- it did this 4 times during the night. The walls and carpet were not clean, very dusty behind furniture. The microwave in the room had a buzzing noise so didn’t try to use and didn’t have the need to either . The breakfast was bare minimum and was out of waffle/pancake batter by 8:15, we didn’t even try breakfast the 2nd day.

They took the amount off my card for the security deposit, said it didn’t work then asked me to take cash from their atm for the deposit. It was 1 am so I just did it and gave them the cash. They gave the cash back in the morning but refused to give the $100 back onto my card and said they didn’t take it off even though I was showing them the charge on my card. We were in a rush so I figured I would just call later and sort it out. They will not answer their phone so I will have to report fraud on my card.

The hotel needs an update. Paint is chipping in a lot of places and things seemed a little run down. The breakfast was minimal. The juice machine didn’t work. There were not waffles and the pancakes were very small and did not taste good. There wasn’t any fruit. It was a one night stay, close to the highway, and not very expensive, so it served our needs. However, I wouldn’t stay again. I’m not overly picky but I would have rather paid a little more somewhere else that was nicer and offered a better breakfast for our family.

The hotel was great but the breakfast was disappointing. The juice machine was broken, the milk and water pitchers were empty both days.
