Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

My wife and i stayed for four nights B & B, Breakfast was very good.

We were disappointed to discover that the hotel is now dog friendly. The peace and quiet was disturbed on two occasions with dogs barking, once in the room next door to us and once in the hotel lobby.

The hotel was within walking distance of places to eat, replenish fruit, try out the milk vending.

Perhaps they were short staffed and we caught them at a difficult time, but the room was not clean, even though it had been marked as clean. I had to pick up towels, bathroom tissue, and clean cups (1/2 filled with liquid or toothpaste/saliva residue). I wiped the countertops as you could see watermarks and stains all over. Soap was a used bar and dripping with gooey liquid.

Big parking space. Bar is open till late, but no hot meals. Clean room.

Staff with no smile, bust too business like. No swimming pool after 18:00.

Pet friendly, great facilities, lovely staff, amazing last-minute getaway! We will definitely be back!

The only thing to comment was that there was no toiletries provided so go prepared!

Stayed two nights on an excellent Travelzoo offer. Very nice hotel, large room on the ground floor, very quiet with great blackout curtains. Excellent breakfast, great choice of hot and cold food. Dinner in the restaurant was ok but like most hotels, the food was overpriced for what was served. Friendly and efficient staff, would stay again!

The hotel is nice, the room was a good size and the bed was big. I loved it. The breakfast is good with a good choice. The mini bar was included which it was good. Unfortunately couldn't not take advantage of the alcohol being pregnant

The room could have been cleaned better. We found dust in the wadrobe. We stayed 2 nights and the towels were not changed
