Bon emplacement, au calme et a côté du centre commercial Terminal 21. Pas trop loin du centre en voiture (Grabs). De belles piscines, un.beau panorama, une belle salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité.

Les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. Manque de vie dans l hôtel qui pourrait être mieux mis en valeur. Une partie des chambres un peu vieillotte et sombre. Nous avons du batailler pour avoir une chambre de meilleure qualité et claire.

Always have a nice stay at the hotel. Thomas (GM) and his team look after everyone so well and it’s always a pleasure to stay here.

The rooms, the uncontrollable room air conditioning always on very cold, the steps and lips from the bathroom making tripping and having a serious injury a possibility, the low balcony rail making it feel unsafe and dangerous if you got too close to the edge, the hotel is old at least 40 years, and the carpets are threadbare, discolored, tracked and dirty. Inedible food from room service and $24NZD for one cocktail which took 20 minutes to arrive, and 1 small can of awful Singha beer for $12 NZD (they don't sell beer in bottles at poolside and they do not sell the local Chang beer, two more visits to sign paperwork, almost like a legal contract saying you have just agreed to pay $36 for two drinks.! The 3000baht security deposit, you have to give them on arrival, cash only which you get what's left on departure, you can use your credit card but they take 3 weeks before they put it back. A laundry price list that is unbelievable like $3NZD to launder a handkerchief. Its normally done on weight, but they itemise every item with a set charge. An electric kettle that did not turn off. The list goes on....

The pool area could do with a jet wash and some beds a little dirty, cleaners come a little early of you out late night before
