"Good"

Comfortable and well located. However we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. We have stayed there in the past a few years back and the age is definitely starting to show.

Great place, expensive during peak season or long weekend. First night toilet wouldn’t work, hot water faulty. It was dealt within the hour. Overall good

"great stay "

Great double level suite in Canmore. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with saucepans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook for ourselves. The way the hotel had been set up with COVID meant that we didn't speak to anyone during our stay but I didn't feel like assistance wasn't available if we needed it with phone numbers and emails provided to us.

"Large quiet townhouse, short walk from centre."

Wrong access code but easy to call to get a new code. One of the TV controls was not working. Very quiet. Large place with two bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen was generally well supplied except there was no frying pan. There was a selection of coffee (Beamers!) and teas included. Parking might be a bit tight if full due to pillars. Nice access to downtown Canmore on walking trail.

Was an adorable little town house, was super close to walk to downtown, beautiful mountain scenery off the patio! Will definitely be back next time!

We must share we were not impressed with the cleaning of our unit on our arrival Sunday afternoon. We reached out to Fire Mountain Lodge to inquire on how their cleaning staff is going about cleaning the units etc along with the Covid times we are living in which should mean extra care & cleanliness of our home away from home. We were told that the cleaners take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clean each unit. Well I can re assure you, we got their early & waited outside & timed how long the cleaner was in our unit to clean - 45 minutes including a smoke break on the parking lot! The 45 minute cleaning job spoke volumes!!! As we stepped in the mat at the front door wasn’t even vacuumed, floors didn’t look swept & we were short bath towels for our family. So I spent some of our family holiday time giving the unit a clean, door handles etc cause I just didn’t get a good feeling from when we walked in. Try reaching out to them to for service to get more towels etc not so easy! As a guest I shouldn’t have to come in & spend some of my family holiday time cleaning before I put my items in place to feel comfortable & safe. To think of all the precautions we should all be taking, personally I think your cleaning staff need a review in this area!

The suite was not clean. The sheets were dirty, the windows were dirty, the glasses and plates were dirty. There weren’t enough linens and blankets for all the beds. It took 2 hours to get through to customer service during regular business hours.

Nice clean place in a good location, the unit could use some general maintenance and parking is very tight. Nearby construction was noisy during our stay.

Everything was great. The only problem was the wifi code was not left in the condo, maybe should be written in the binder. Loved the location. Space in condo and the deck was huge! Two big bedrooms with full bathrooms in each room. Would stay here again for sure.
