Nice rooms on two floors with indoor Fireplace. Functional kittchen.

They only programmed the room for one night. And we booked for two . So had to call the next day to get the door code again, as we were locked out . Also left over pizza boxes in our room on arrival .other then that it was a good hotel

It was a great stay, Rooms were nice and we had everything we needed. Very Central to what we wanted to do! We would differently stay there again😃

Great location, we were coming from Banff for the night and carrying on to Calgary so it was a great resting point.

Cold water only, thermostat didn't work, nor did the TVs in the bedrooms. Smugs on table tops, counters, and stove top. Drier was overflowing with lint and washer Had detergent caked on place where bleach goes. Had to reach in all 3 toilet tanks to make them flush. Missing glasses and dishes. Looked like there should have been sets of 8. No front desk and no answer when calling the number provided. Another couple had arrived and hadn't received the room number or code and also could not get and answer on the number provided. Hotels.com tried to get us some compensation but the hotels refused. What a shame...nice place otherwise.

It was not feeling well while we entered the suite: not cleaned at all, at 5:30pm. We called the customer service and reported the issue. We were offered discount on another location, however, we came with another family with three nights total here, we don't want to separate with them and move all lugages come and forth...we were asking an alternative solution. The lady on the phone was nice but she didn't have enough authority to do more. She reported to her manager and eventually, they offered us: a free night, and a full set of cleaned tower and bed cover, but we have to picked up from a nearby location and DIY ourselves. We accepted this, as it took us almost one hour but we saved almost 500 bulks!

Nice property, great view, but the unit needs a bit of work. The toilet would not stop running when flushed, the kitchen facet was holding on by a thread, and to top things off the TV remote batteries were dead. I was also very disappointed that noone called me back after I left messages at multiple numbers when I could not get the air conditioner to work. For the condition I feel it was a bit overpriced.

We had modest expectation of this place based on the past review. What can I say? We are Very disappointed with this place. First, there are no on-site staff with this property. Anything you request you have to call, a major in-convenience. Plus, the check-in time is set at a very late time of 5pm. The rooms are extremely small, the bed basically occupies 70 to 80 percent of the room size, make it almost impossible to navigate inside the bedrooms. The living room's carpet is all creased up and posed as a walking hazard. Now parking. It's simply unparkable! It's so tiny that even you manage to park you can't even open the door, let alone to get stuff in or out of the car. This is the worst place ever stayed. I should've stayed in a regular hotel in retrospect.

The property is clean. However some of the toilet were broken, and I could not reach anyone who can fix the broken toilet. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with utensils and standard supplies, although no toaster available.

Our stay was amazing, the premises was well cared for and well organised. The support service was excellent and bedding was very comfortable
