Fire Mountain Lodge

There was only parking for 1 car, the place felt hot with poor AC. They wanted you to clean the place after, ie... take out the trash, start the dishwasher. Normally I would be fine with this but when you are paying almost $600 a night to stay somewhere you expect a bit more service I guess.

My stay was much better than I had anticipated, I booked this place looking for a quick night to rest up after hiking withy friends. The room comfortably held six and we had all slept well. Accommodations and internet speed was amazing and actually better than our own homes, kept us entertained for hours. Neighbours were quiet and the view was very nice, I have no complaints and the issues discussed in the comments of the room were fixed such as the lock on the door, no issue, I could not have asked for a better stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fire Mountain Lodge. Very clean, had everything to prepare breakfast & dinner. Good location, close to town centre & highway. Only the parking spots are very tight, but we managed. Overall a great spot to stay for a couple days.

Roaches in the cupboard and washing machine. Kitchen table and kitchen cabinets covered in stickiness. Tried calling a number if times with no response at the time of check in and check out...and got no response. Sofa bed covered in old food and crumbs, and basically springs with a sheet and a cross bar across the middle...not worth the back injuries! Due to the roach and hair in the washing machine we could not use it, even though we specifically booked this property for the washing machine use in the middle of our trip and the amount of beds listed suited the number of people we were traveling with. Very gross experience.

We loved this place! It was clean and beds were comfortable.

The place is good and has some great views. However, the rooms are located on the 2nd floor and does not have a lift to take luggage upstairs. You have to carry all the bags using stairs. For us one of the bath tub was not draining water fast enough and the water from the other bathroom was leaking into the kitchen downstairs. We tried calling their central reservations phone# number multiple times it always went to voicemail. No one answered.

Condo was perfect for a golf trip with the boys, comfortable rooms and good place to relax

Looking for a 2 bedroom on short notice. Nothing was available in Banff or Jasper for a reasonable price except Fire Mountain Lodge. We had no prior knowledge of this facility. Booked through a helpful Expedia agent as it sounded promising. Arrived a little before 5 pm check in time wondering if we could get in to our room. Our door code was not working so we phoned the telephone no. provided. No answer, left a voicemail and suddenly our door would open. We were presently surprised!!!!! 2 complete bedrooms with en-suites, full kitchen plus a gas barbecue on private patio, dishwasher, laundry, everything you might need and more.

Parking lot spaces are extremely small. The condo itself was in good condition but they need a new cleaning company. There was food that hadn’t been wiped off of the counters and trash on the living room floor. The reservation line says open until 11 but doesn’t have anyone available to answer calls. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved the lodge, more than what I expected. I do prefer having service and daily cleaning on didn’t. However, when I did have an issue they called me back within 2 minutes.
