Very nice view on the surrounding mountains! The property was clean and very well equipped. Nice place, I would go back!

We have stayed in Canmore many times. This condo had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The beds were comfortable and the view from the upper balcony was wonderful. The condition of the carpeting and some of the furniture was quite worn. However, for the price, we were quite happy.

The view of the mountains was amazing. We liked that both bedrooms had a full bathroom. Having laundry in the unit was super nice also.

It was very dusty. Extremely dusty. Not very clean. The pillows were horrible and the master bed uncomfortable. The kitchen and family room area was nice, but incredibly dusty.

Fire Mountain is a great property in a great location in Canmore. It is in a walkable location while still far enough from the tracks that the trains don't bother you at night. The units are large and multilevel with great views. That being said, after 13 years, these units are well worn and are starting to look very beat up. Carpet is thinning, wood trim is banged up, tables and chairs are wobbly and scratched, kitchen counter chipped etc. Everything is fully functional and totally fine - it's just clear they are trying to avoid investing anything in upkeep or replacement for as long as they can to maximize revenue. And the parking is brutally tight. As long as you are getting a good rate, it's a good place to stay.

2 double beds, 1 hide-away bed. Slept 6 comfortably. Could have used more pillows, blankets and towels but that was minor. All in all we were quite satisfied.

My family had a good time. The place is only about 20km from Banff, the mountain view is fantastic and can be seen in both back and front of the hotel. All amenities such as fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher are in place. It has fireplace and tv in each room. My family love it. I would definitely go back there in the future.

Went for NYE and loved our stay! Huge place and so comfy. 3 bathrooms is a nice bonus too!

The unit was very clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Nicely appointed. Parking is a bit tight for all the SUVs that visitors bring when going skiing in nearby Banff (ours included). The parking spaces are very narrow. The hot tub wasn't open as advertised. This was one of the reasons we selected this property over others, and when we went to check out the hot tub, it was locked. No notice on the door and no advance notice from the managers when we booked. I called the contact number for the property and they said that if it was locked off, it was probably shut down for maintenance. I don't believe that - I think it was shut down for the convenience of the management. That was a big disappointment for all of us. Otherwise the unit was OK.
