Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

We had a great stay at the pink shell resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. A highlight of our trip was the morning beach walk with Ranger Rob. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the kids. He made their stay unforgettable!

The 12 day stay at Pink Shell was pleasurable as every year starting from the concierge greeting us to restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping. Reed P. greeted us several times and help w luggage and getting the vehicle when needed The rooms are comfortable ad the view is amazing. The waiters and waitress' at Jack's are friendly and helpful. Danielle, Tyrek, Ronald and Kyle in particular are very helpful.

The Pink Shell never disappoints! This year the trip was even more memorable as my 8 year old son was treated to a week he will never forget with Ranger Rob. He helped create a YouTube video, went on nature walks, painted nature scenes and even found a gopher tortoise. Ranger Rob is truly the best with kids and makes sure everyone has a great time at the resort (all while learning fun facts too!) Thanks again Ranger Rob and the Pink Shell Resort for an amazing week!

The entire experience at the Pink Shell was great in every way. I especially enjoyed the mangrove kayak adventure with Ranger Rob. He was very knowledgable regarding the mangrove ecosystem and all the living creatures that inhabit it. He also shared many fascinating stories about the history of the area. Loved everything about The Pink Shell except the elevators! Staff was amazing! Very clean - beach staff over the top accommodating actually all staff was amazing - the staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a villa and it was very spacious and had all the amenities of a condo. The elevators were horrible. The wait seemed endless. We ended up taking the stairs 90 percent of the time.

The staff is amazing and greatly enhanced our stay! Especially Chester (Thomas) and Danielle at Jack's. We always look forward to re-connecting with them at every stay.

The Pink Shell is truly paradise, beautiful beach, grounds, and accommodations. The helpful staff are the icing on the cake, so professional and welcoming. The restaurants are great (especially Jack’s for included breakfast- amazing!) Being further down the island, you will need to take the trolley (or hire gulf cart cab like Island or Trippin Rides) to get there. But the peaceful setting away from the noise is well worth it. Cannot say enough about the Shell, your best pick on Ft Myers beach.

We took our 9 and 11 year old on a kayak tour with Ranger Rob and it was amazing! He was extremely great with the kids and has a great knowledge of marine and mammal life in Florida. Ranger Rob guided us to see Dolphins and it was a memorable moment I know my 9 and 11 year old will never forget, to be honest as an adult it was a great experience, not to mention his tour was a third of the cost and the timing was perfect. If you go to the Pink Shell Resort this is a must, if you don’t go to the Pink Shell it is still worth it 100 percent, great job Ranger Rob!!!!!

We just returned from celebrating our 10 year anniversary at the Pink Shell. We were married there in November, 2015. We cannot say enough good things about the resort - the staff is top notch, as is the food. We love the available amenities. We took my 15 year old step daughter on the Dolphin Adventure Tour on wave runners, and she absolutely LOVED it. Not only did we see dolphins the entire 90 minute tour (very unusual!), but our guide Harlan was very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the entire tour fun for us all. I'm so thankful that I met Dony (our wedding coordinator) 10 years ago; because of her, and people like Harlan, the Pink Shell is our favorite place to visit as a family.
