Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

We just had an amazing experience with Ranger Rob on the kayak tour. He brought us to see manatees and dolphins. Would highly recommend to anyone staying at the Pink Shell.

First time here (empty nester couple). Had a great time! Appreciated the Adults Only pool area. Situated between the ocean and marina is fantastic - something for everyone! Laid back atmosphere, good music (all decades, dining options and the breakfast is fantastic. Thinking about coming back and bringing multi-generational family!

Fantastic vacation! Nice themed Resort in every detail. Great breakfast and nicest staff ever. Room was spacey and clean. We also booked a trip with ranger Rob to kayak through canals and Mangrove trees. It was a lucky day, we saw Pelicans, Manatees, Dolphins and even a small Shark (all not guaranteed). He had great knowledge about the local nature and wildlife - fun guy. We really enjoyed the trip and will book it again when we hopefully come back soon.

We had a great family visit. Service was good all around. The highlight was absolutely the kayak tour with Ranger Rob! He was fun, insightful, and so great to our kids! We all learned a lot and have a better appreciation for the ecosystem and a higher comfort level with the sea. Pinkshell was is a great, chill vacation and great for kids with the pool and beach both just a few steps away from the elevator.

I absolutely love Pink Shell Beach Resort! I visited the resort for dinner and was greeted by the friendliest, most helpful valet team: Reed; Tyler M; Westin D; and Marcus D. They're incredible! I also appreciated the welcoming front desk staff: Carlos and Jordan! They are exactly the kind of employees you want at the front desk to make an incredible first impression. I tell all my friends and family who want to visit Fort Myers that Pink Shell Beach Resort is the best place to stay in the whole southwest coast of Florida! Five stars all the way around!

Max went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He was so helpful and kind. He really helped us get our anniversary weekend back on track after a crazy mishap (that was not the resorts fault at all). Cici at the front desk was also very sweet and helpful. We really can't say enough about the staff here, truly wonderful experience.

Wonderful hotel and staff. So happy to have chosen Ft. Myers Beach as a spontaneous stop. Exceded our expectaions. Room was spotless and comfortable Beach service and service at Bongos was outstanding! Breakfast buffett had everything we needed, and then some Will be back!

We love Pink Shell- great amenities for kids. Our girls loved the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and Ranger Rob is a highlight of our visit each time. This time we did his sunrise kayak tour, nature walk and met his pet snake. He’s so great with kids and we learn new things every time. Definitely a key part of our experience. Thank you Pink Shell and Ranger Rob for more memories!

We stayed in a one-bedroom unit overlooking the main pool. I was initially worried about noise, but it really wasn’t an issue. We were even able to check in early (around noon), which was a great start to our stay. Housekeeping came by daily with fresh towels, emptied the trash, and made the bed — much appreciated! We dined at Rae’s, Bongo’s, and Jack’s. Rae’s food was good but a little lackluster; Bongo’s had a fun atmosphere; and Jack’s offered an amazing free breakfast — easily one of the highlights of our trip. We also reserved a day bed at the adults-only pool for a day, which was a fantastic setup and very relaxing. Food and drink service at the pool and beach was a bit slow (servers didn’t come around very often), but once we ordered, everything arrived quickly and correctly. The beach itself isn’t the most picturesque, but it’s perfect for shelling. The resort offered plenty of activities and games throughout the day at the Octopool and even one daily event at the adults-only pool. It never felt crowded, which made for a peaceful stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The valet team, in particular, went above and beyond — always offering assistance, even when we were just walking by. The only downsides: • No grocery store or restaurants within walking distance (though Walmart delivery worked great). • Limited nearby dining options, but Uber and the local golf cart service (Trippin Rides) made getting off property easy. Overall, the Pink Shell Resort delivered a relaxing, well-run experience with friendly service, fun amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere. We’d definitely return!
