Very clean, modern, quiet location… The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The card from Molly, left in our room for our anniversary was a beautiful touch, which we will remember 💕

The only thing to point out is the fan in the bathroom (our room was 309). It’s fitted right above the sink. Seems like it’s got quite a bit of dust inside and every time it comes on, lots of dust balls/flakes falls onto sink..

"A superb stay in the heart of Suffolk."

We liked everything about the resort. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The welcome in the restaurant was always warm , with superb service. The breakfast menu was very good with the food freshy cooked, as well as having a continental option. We ate 4 times in the evening and again were pleased with our food. We had a spacious quiet room, overlooking the golf course. The air con was great! I enjoyed the swimming pool. Car parking on site was easy and plentiful. There is lots to do and see in the local area.

"Great facilities, nice location and enjoyable stay."

The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Air-con was a life saver! The breakfast was very good overall, good selection. The facilities are excellent, spa and gym all well equipped.

The outside spa facilities were being maintained so we were unable to use them on this occasion. Although the indoor facilities were very good. The pastries for breakfast tasted a little stale.

My last visit was over ten years ago before it was renovated. The whole hotel has a lovely atmosphere it is so clean for staff are fantastic good fun and very helpful.

"Relaxing, fulfilled everything we wanted to do for the weekend."

The room was amazing , the view and the situation of the resort was amazing. The gym was super equipped, sauna, and cold plunge and outdoor hot tub were amazing. Everyone was very friendly from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff everyone made us feel welcome.

Nice interiors in all public places. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom was very small and it did not look like superior. Especially shower curtain, which is more like last century!

"Very good and would stay again."

Facilities looked new and clean. Spa facilities were good and bar area nice. Despite having a wedding on we were not disturbed by noise.

Food isn’t great. We don’t have dinner there but breakfast was below par. Clear costing management. Poor quality meat and beans served in a condiment container (that was a bit funny) my wife’s breakfast was cold and inedible. Bar closed quite early on a Saturday with no last orders announced.
