Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa

Really nice resort by the beach for a quiet chill time away from the hustle. We wanted to have 3 nights of relaxing and chose this hotel as it was on the beach and exclusive but still close to things. Had a pool view bungalow which was extremely spacious and nicely presented, bathroom seemed a little dated maybe but perfectly functional. The pool was a little warm due to days of really hot weather so we mostly swam in the sea which was lovely - except watch out the sun shades are not UV resistant so we got quite sunburnt even being under the umbrella all day:( Made use of the happy hour over the ocean and a meal at the restaurant one night, breakfast buffet was bountiful and nice spa & gym. Don't miss the free cookies and tea by reception and make sure you get a lift on a buggy from Mr The! He is super fun!

The food. The drinks. The breakfast. The beach. The pool. The ambiance. The helpful and friendly staff. A really beautiful place to stay. I can highly recommend this place. I had a problem with an infected big toe. But, fortunately a doctor was sent straight to our room and he quickly eased the pain by cleaning and draining the toe. He also got me medication. I was so grateful this was resolved so quickly and our holiday not spoiled.

The room was a bit small for what we paid to be honest. But we still had a great time.

Я відпочиваю у цьому готелі вже мабуть разів 5-6 на протязі більше року. Віпочивав у багатьох готелях поблизу, а ле цей найкращий. Вихід до моря, затишний ресторан біля моря, що важливо, також м'які сидіння у ресторані (що рідкість у В'єтнамі) і це дає можливість насолодитись перебуванням на пляжі. Територія готеля дуже велика і зелена, коли мені хочеться відпочити від міста (я проживаю у Дананг), я завжди арендую цей готель. Персонал привітний. Одного разу менеджер готелю Ві допоміг мені організувати святкування дня народження для моєї дружини, подарували квіти та торт, це було дуже зворушливо. Номер великий, велика ванна, в якій можна ввечері поніжитись. Ліжка супер велике, більше мені здається я ніде не бачив. Сніданок просто королівський, дуже багато страв на вибір.

Часто хочеться ввечері, коли спадає сонце полежати на пляжі або біля нього, а персонал вже о 17-00 прибирає всі лежаки, о це прям великий мінус. І не завжди можна знайти персонал, щоб вони тобі допомогли з цим

L’emplacement, la propreté, le service, la végétation, magnifique

Un grand merci pour le surclassement, nous avons vraiment tout apprécié. L’accueil était excellent, les repas délicieux et les cocktails très réussis. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé les massages ainsi que l’entretien irréprochable du lieu. La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable, et la décoration intérieure comme extérieure était particulièrement soignée. L’ensemble du site est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu, un véritable établissement 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, un choix varié, de qualité. Un séjour exceptionnel, sans aucune fausse note.

Never dissapoints ?, been coming since 2007 and always great. Good food , rooms are alway clean and well looked after. Staff are awesome ( tuyet Voi) always friendly and polite. Long time friends Mr Vy ( customer service and friend( snd Mr Thi ( the coconut man if you want fresh coconut from the trees)look after us very well. Ms Dim is always there to greet us and is so lovely ( like all her staff) Recommend this is the place to come to relax and feel lime part of the family.

Among all the resorts that I have been to in Vietnam, this resort so far is my most favorite. I can’t say enough about the welcomed service, which includes yummy tea bar and unlimited drink. The restaurant and the bar is awesome with so many good creative drink. The happy hour Is a good deal. The resort is just big enough so it is so convenient to access the beach front. The location is so convenient. Hoian is small but has everything near by so it is very cheap to order delivery. It’s quite near Danang too but not as expensive as Da Nang so the pricing is definitely a plus
