Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at Palm Garden Resort in Hoi An for 3 weeks and had the most fabulous time. This was actually our third stay at the resort, and each visit just keeps getting better. From the moment we arrived, the service, atmosphere, and hospitality were exceptional. The resort has three fantastic restaurants, all offering delicious food, beautiful settings, and amazing staff who consistently made every day feel special. A special thank you to Mr Thi — the famous “coconut man” — who always greeted us with a smile. Mr Vu and all of the pool staff who made every day by the pool feel special, they were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable - (even going so far as to attempt to teach me Vietnamese). But our biggest thanks goes to Mr Vy, who is a truly wonderful ambassador for the resort. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests has, yet again, made such a lasting impression on us. He represents everything that makes Palm Garden Resort so special. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, with stunning gardens and a fantastic beachfront location. After 3 weeks, it genuinely felt like a second home. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend Palm Garden Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Really friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Layout of resort gives privacy. Awesome breakfast buffet. Teppanyaki restaurant was great. Beach life attendants were really helpful.

Liked everything about our stay.

We visited the Palm Gardens Resort & Spa for two weeks in May, as part of a celebratory birthday trip. The resort is located 5km from Hoi An ancient town and is the perfect spot for relaxation after a trip to Hoi An. The grounds are immaculate, gardens and surrounding areas offer peace and tranquility, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Mr Vy is extremely welcoming and iand always has a friendly smile and time to check in on your experience.. It is evident he is passionate about the guest experience. Breakfast buffet is truly magnificent. Food is plentiful with a huge range of hot and cold dishes. It would be very difficult to go hungry! We had a deluxe room which was very spacious, immaculately clean with service daily and complimentary water and hot beverages and a bowl of fruit, all replenished daily. Have nothing but praise for this resort and would definitely recommend. We can't wait to return!

I loved the beachside location, the separate spread out dwellings so you had privacy, the cocktails by the beach, the super friendly helpful wonderful staff, gorgeous gardens, clean ocean and the breakfast selection.

The restaurant food wasn’t to my taste.
