Wonderful resort. We originally booked to stay 4 nights, but loved it so much we extended our trip. Great base to explore Hoi An, away from the busyness. Very clean hotel with very few mosquitos, nets and wall-plug repellents in each room. Excellent facilities, nice pool with the opportunity to hire bikes to explore the rural areas nearby. Good selection of meals for different palates. The breakfast buffet was enjoyed every morning. We would highly recommend Palm Garden Resort. Thank you especially to Mr. Thi.

Great location on beach. Beach was clean and reasonably private. No ad hoc sellers bothering you. Our room was a little dated however size of room was perfect, big bed and large bathroom and shower. Enjoyed having decent size balcony. Overall excellent hotel, with excellent breakfast ❤️ Gardens are lovely too and grounds of hotel are very clean. Staff very attentive and are keen to make your stay a happy one. We loved our ten day stay Nice choice of alternative restaurants within short walking distance. Felt safe walking to these a night too

I cannot find a real fault for the palm garden resort. My only gripe with vicinity of hotel is that the major hotels and land owners should regularly attempt clean and keep tidy their section of the public foot paths along main roads.

Der Meerblick, die gepflegte Gartenanlage, das wunderbare riesige Frühstücksbuffet, die Spa-Anwendungen und nach der Zimmerreinigung duftete das Zimmer herrlich nach Zitronengras. Wir waren vor den Ferien in DE hier, sodass das Hotel nicht zu voll gebucht war. Von hier aus kann man mit dem Rad nach Hoi An fahren oder zu den Cafés in den Reisfeldern.

Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Staff very professional and polite.

We stayed at the Palm Gardens Resort for five days and enjoyed our time there. Our room, a superior garden room, was commodious and well provided for as well as being easily accessible. We cannot fault the staff who went out of their way to assist us. They even surprised my wife with flowers and a birthday cake for her birthday! As well, when my wife woke with a painfully sore neck the hotel doctor, Dr Ha, was attentive and caring. His prescription and followup care was helpful and compassionate. the facilities at the resort were popular and well cared for and used by us and the other guests. My only complaint... I was tempted at all times to eat far too much!

My wife and i have just returned from 5 lovely days here. Such a peaceful, beautiful place. A wonderful private, sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds and a large, excellent pool. The included all you can eat breakfasts are fabulous with something for everyone. Choice at the restaurant is a little limited but there are a couple of restaurants directly opposite that also do european dishes should you fancy a change. Free shuttle buses take you into nearby Hoi An, a bustling old town with plenty to see and do. Finally i must mention the staff . Everyone is lovely, greeting you with a smile and a few words Special mention to Mr Thien in the restaurant and breakfast for your constant smile and laughter and the same applies to Mr Long the lifeguard. Its just a very special place where you are royally looked after Hopefully we will return.
