The coffee machine was broken ,loud noise above us not mindful other were sleeping ,indoors water park dirty and front desk staff never answered the phone.The water park left my kids with rashes.

We rented a room and they gave us the complimentary villa, the room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. My favourite part was the patio with the furniture and fireplace! We will definitely be back !
