We had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful. We got a suite with jacuzzi and fireplace and it was huge, modern, and lovely! There were a lot of guests but many helpful employees and wonderful service!

Hotel room is a disaster. Room price is way expensive in compare to the room quality. Probably it is because of the water park i guess. Bathroom condition is too poor to use. Check in steps are very strict i mean 4 means 4 not even 5min earlier. They should have allow some time windows for that. Over all i am not satisfied. The indoor water park is too crowded. They need to think of the skin issues also cause too many people. I hope they will provide better facilities to the customers in future.

Overall happy with the stay it was just very busy because it’s July . The pools were nice and the kids had fun . Staff was friendly as well
