Good location with parking Room was quiet

It’s an old building so the stairs are steep in places and difficult manoeuvring bags and fire doors

Good central location and easy parking

The room was very shabby and paint was peeling off the wall. We did go for a small Room, but the room was very small (double bed pushed against the wall)

Good service..excellent breakfast....lovely atmosphere...

No lift...rickety stairs....lots of roaring traffic at night.....

Location was great. Bar and breakfast staff were really attentive. The room size was great.

We didn’t have a fan for our room and were told as the hotel was full there wasn’t one for us. It was a hot stay. We also didn’t have an iron or ironing board in the room but this was quickly sorted. Sofa bed was a tough sleep.

Lovely spacious room for a very reasonable price. All staff I dealt with were exceptionally polite, helpful and efficient.

Centrally located in Newbury. Free parking and an excellent breakfast included.tea and coffee facilities in the room including iron and board and a hair drier. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel offered comfortable lounge dining room and bar facilities. Free WiFi and a telephone in the room. Beds were comfy and the shower had really good hot water.

No fridge or safe in the room. No lifts to upper floors.
