CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, ROOM WAS A GREAT SIZE, PRICING WAS GREAT, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. LOCATION WAS PERFECT! IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE FALLS FOR THE FIRST TIME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

THE BEDDING HAD SOMETHING ON IT, UNSURE WHAT IT WAS, BUT THE FRONT DESK TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY!

The location is convenient.

the building is quite old and appears to have had little to no renovation. We were unable to use the pool due to concerns about the water quality. There was often a long wait for the elevator, as the building has only one outdated elevator. The breakfast was disappointing, and it is served in the basement, where the unpleasant smell made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
