良いホテルではありません。先ず、予約した部屋と違う部屋にされました。交渉しても理解できない弁明だけで結局NG。部屋も入ってみたら準備ができておらず、汚く薄汚れていました。はっきり言って、おすすめしません。夜は肌寒いので毛布を頼んだら、これも破れのある毛布でした。部屋でのWiFiも遅い。(ロビーは何とか大丈夫)　従業員の教育も十分ではなく、大した用事でもないのに、チップを要求したりします。まともな従業員もいますが、二度と行きたくないホテルでした。良いところは、駅に近い事だけでした。

鄰近火車站、市集、鬧區，但飯店很舊，飯店人很好但冬天很冷沒暖氣，廁所沒有很乾淨氣味不好聞又有一個關不掉抽風機

All good in general. Travel assistance staff have their own interests at heart and were not helpful to the budget traveler. Front of desk manager could not have been more helpful. A Nice hotel, central to rail station with markets at the back, and ferry harbour and tomb of the nobles to look over. Pretty.

部屋のシャワーが壊れて使えなかったが、クレームで別の部屋に替えてくれた。冷蔵庫、スリッパ、ドライヤーなどがなかった。 ホテル施設が全体的に老朽化している。 駅や繁華街に近く食事や買い物等に便利な反面、周囲は夜まで騒音が酷く安眠を妨げられる。

Good budget hotel close to Aswan train station. This hotel can provide you with box breakfast for early morning tour to Abu Simbel, etc., free of charge. The facility is a bit old, but you will get what you paid for. The hot water tank was switched off due to a mistake by room maid. So, I have to put up with cold shower for the 1st night. But once the hot water tank was switched on, I was able to take a decent, hot shower for the 2nd night. The sunset view from the roof was good, free bonus.

Comfortable room with good wifi in the room

I took one look at this hotel and left it is very run down and dirty. The pictures must have been taken a long time ago as the furniture is shabby and old. The was not a sole in this hotel as there are much better options with the economy in Egypt the way it is.

We had to wait in the hot not air conditioned lobby for 30 mins or so while they finished our room. The restaurant food was not very good and they only had like 2 things to choose from. The tour we booked through the hotel was confusing. We thought we had booked a full tour including transport, tickets, and guide. Upon arriving at the destination we had a lot of confusion with our drivers since they did not speak English and we had to purchase our own tickets and guide. The room was clean and provided enough beds for our family.
