Cloae to airport, friendly staff, transportation to/from airport.

The airport shuttle picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes. The room is big, clean and comfortable.

For the price the property was ok, but the staff & service were exceptional. Every question was answered in a timely fashion & when my car didn’t start the manager gave me a boost with his Own cables. Above & beyond might be a good description for a place that respects everyone’s humanity no matter the circumstance.

They advertise free breakfast and tell you with a smile that it’s free at the counter, but when you wake up to go in the lobby for breakfast, they serve spoiled uncooked defrosted waffles, and rotten milk. Also your room fees are non refundable so even if you complain about it and throw up in their lobby. The rooms stink even in non smoking rooms it smells like the worst smell you can possibly smell. So yes the cheap price come with cheap service and quality. I only stayed here because it was the only place that was close to the airport they had a room during my travel. Oh yeah I almost forgot I saw some guests bringing prostitutes here I front of my kids. Don’t waste your money here I strongly advise any and all travelers to divert to other means of accommodations by completely avoiding this s#?% hole. This place needs to be run down to the ground and covered in concrete. The one circle I gave it up top is way more than this place deserves but the website made me pick a circle. So yeah this S#!+ hotel should be condemned.

It was so hot all throughout the hotel. The room didn’t get that cold and it smelled like weed on the entire floor.

Nice staff and facilities located within walking distance of eateries. Breakfast is cold only coffee, toast, Danish, and cereal.

My flight was cancelled so this was one of the few place still available. If I had a choice, I would stay somewhere a little nicer. If your budget is tight, this is not a bad place to stay.

Our flight to Mexico City was delayed due to lightning and we were lucky to get a room here after they cancelled all the flights at Houston airport that night. This hotel is handy to the airport and the only reason I would stay here. The staff didn't seem to be sble6to handle the large number of people checking in at night. This is a bare basics hotel. Comfy bed, OK shower and free shuttle to the airport. I think there is a free breakfast but we slept through it. I asked for an amenity pack as we just had our carry on and was told to go to the service station. After not sleeping for a 13 hour flight from New Zealand we enjoyed a decent sleep here which is all we needed. Not walking distance to anything. We got a cheap Uber to the nearest mall for breakfast.
