Decent hotel for $85 a night for two queens, 4 people staying in the room. The included breakfast in the morning was pitiful. Couple minute walk across the street to the Waffle House which was awesome. It does the trick for an overnight from the airport

We had a very brief stay between flights. Really convenient to have the free shuttle from the airport. Comfortable bed. Checking in was a very slow process; possibly new staff??? We weren’t able to make use of free breakfast as our flight was too early. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location close to the airport is outstanding; very short shuttle ride and the shuttle runs regularly. Room was very adequate, quiet, comfortable. A/C works great. A little difficult understanding the desk staff and quite slow getting checked in, but after that all was OK.

Got a phone call from the front desk lady sounded angry telling me the shuttle was ready to go. I was ready to leave the room at 1055 and came down stairs for the luggage cart. When I returned to the room the key card no longer worked. Returned down stairs the lady sounded upset because I wasn't out of the room. I told her I can't get my luggage because the key no longer worked. The driver complained that I was late. I was told at check in that the shuttle would be called when I came to check out. Not told to be downstairs at 11am.

The room was nice and clean, we stayed there due to an early fight back home and didn't want to be rushed. I would defiantly stay there again. It is close so close to the airport and we didn't have to fight traffic.

I booked the hotel since it was close to the airport and I was stuck in the Houston flash floods. Qatar Airways rescheduled my flight to 21 September from 19th and I needed a place close to airport. I made the mistake of booking for 2 nights at 75USD / night. Big mistake of booking for 2 nights. Flood water receded and next day when I wanted to check out they said, it was non refundable. Sherton was offering rooms at 75USD :-(. On the final day, I request for a late check out and the lady at the counter said she will allow me to check out at 12 noon, ie 1 hour extension and beyond that I have to pay. The place was almost empty on the day we were checking out and they did not allow late check out. Breakfast is very basic and the motto of the place (cant call it a hotel), is to fleece customers and forget about service. Also in the bathroom found a caterpillar. 2 stars is only for location.
