The cost of parking at the hotel was a disgrace!£7.00 to park on a Sunday and all other car parks in Bedford were FREE !! When I returned to my car in the morning it was covered in BIRDS MUCK ( I have photos ) and had to spend £10 to go and get it cleaned - The staff just blamed it was not run by them - SO WHY IS IT SIGNED HOTEL CAR PARK - Very disappointed with the hotel group -

Pleasant atmosphere. Clare in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds.

Location was lovely, close by to where I needed to be, views of the embankment

Reception staff were rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t acknowledged properly and the receptionist walked off while I was waiting for assistance. Very disappointing service. I have stayed in many hotels but have never come across anyone like this lady (believe her name was Svetla) the other receptionist that ended up serving me was a lot more politer but one thing I did notice was when I asked for the other receptionists name she approached her to ask and Svetla was grumbling and was rolling her eyes.

The view was exceptional. And very spacious!

Our key cards had to be reset at least once a day. Restaurant staff was rude and dismissive.

Only one lift worked Key card kept failing and I saw this happening to others too

I have been retired from a senior executive job for 20 yrs so am here as an ordinary member of the public on a little jolly. I had a very bad rt knee replaced 8 months am still using a walker to get around and am in a lot of pain On arrival at my room on sat no tele remote . No phones in the room and i didn't see the word Whats app on front on the number to ring reception????? Most people here with me are in there 70's so ]prob dont. have whatsapp ????? Then yesterday got back to the room key doesn' t work so a other painful trip down to reception!!!! So my plan to come away to recouperate has just resulted in me being in way more pain!!! Thanks for that. One bright moment has been Clare in the restaurant very pleasant a d helpful. I'd have given her 5 stars and the reason you didn't get 1 rathe]r than 2 was her!!
