Fairbridge Inn Express Pittsfield

The smell of our room was so horrible. We needed to clean everything we brought with us and our car even stunk from our luggage from that room.

Perfect location for my journey. Safe and clean.

The room was unclean, smelled of smoke, and the building was very loud--the walls were thin and noise from neighbors could be heard clearly. We chose not to stay.

Nice location, food options are good.

The walls are thin, person on the next room had his TV ON all night, was not able to sleep. People are so disrespectul, therefore quiet times should be implemented.

*Tricycle/bicycle at bottom of stairs- trip hazzard. * * staff doesn't know how to make a bed using sheets/ bedspread. Very haphazard looking. * 3 pillows thrown on bed. Not neatly placed & I wondered if they're clean...? * not a very clean bathroom. Corners at floor level not throughly cleaned...if at all. * bathroom sink water pressure is less than minimal. * front door doesn't close well nor is it completely aligned. It really appears like the building has shifted- hence the crack between doorframe & door. * front office door misaligned also... building appears to be shifting- creating a " semi stuck" front glass door. Look elsewhere for a place to stay-- this place needs a solid review by Expedia & the city of Pittsfield health department. Room 226

I was completely shocked and devastated when I arrived at the property….never will I recommend this place to anybody.

Would never stay here again bugs in the room dirty just filthy

The room looked like it was in a new wing. The main lobby was dated and smelled.
