Fairbridge Inn Express Pittsfield

S- hole. Place stunk, lobby in shambles, shopping cart in parking lot, etc. We left. Place smells bad.

I did not stay. I walked into the room and canceled my reservation. It was disgustingly dirty mold on the bathroom walls.

We were the only car in the parking lot yet Orbitz said they were sold out for another night. It was a bit Eerie. The perimeter and the office looked in disrepair. The room was fine.

I give this place 0 stars. This room was extremely dirty. I saw a bed bug. The whole bed was disgusting, luckily I brought my own sheets. The towels have stains, the outside shower curtain had stains. The sink water barely flowed you could barely wash your hands. I turned on the shower and the shower head did not work only the bath. There were brown specs everywhere that could have been blood or poop. When you call the number for the hotel they don't answer. Upon arrival there is a number on the door. I have videos of everything. I should have took photos and videos.I want my money back.

This place is a dumb.

Toilet was under the counter so the cover would not stay open. No lights would work. Hot water took forever to come on. Rug was filthy. Outside halls were disgusting.

Musty smell and old dirty rugs

I didn’t like the property I was harassed. The place was dirty and there was bedbugs.

So many tried hurting me there I had to leave very early and I never even have to stay and I paid for Insurance and I really like my money back
