The pool was nice

The dog in the room.next door popped and my room smelled terrible there weredog poop stains on the carpet the shower curtain had mold

The hotel staff was super nice starting at check in. By mistake, I reserved through Expedia for Feb 2027! They made the change and refunded my future charge. The room was spotless and very nice. There is a bar in the lobby area and a very good snack area with things to purchase. They were renovating and they did a good job keeping common areas clean. There are several restaurants nearby. It was a very nice place to stay, especially with our two dogs, on a long trip from Florida to Vermont.

I liked the room set up and the staff were able to provide extra requests.

I didn't like that we had staff knock on the door or that they tried to come into the room even after paying an extra fee for late check-out. Poor communication among staff of that part. Very understanding but for it to happen not once but three times, I was a little disappointed. Also be aware that booking through here, they may still charge you for the room due to some issue with the site. Another not too happy incident.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. appliances were good.

Breakfast in the morning could have been better. Not like it used to be.

This place should be demolished. It is an overpriced motel and the customer service is terrible. Leadership (most notably Jacob W.) is incompetent, so don't expect your concerns to be addressed.

We stayed in a two bedroom trio suite for a week. The condition of our room made it impossible to relax and get comfortable. Management resolved the issues with the HVAC unit and the light on the range hood. If you are dissatisfied with anything, be sure to get resolution while you are there. After the fact, I received compensation points equal to one half of a night. Completely unacceptable! I escalated the matter to corporate with the pictures and never heard from them. Below are my issues along with pictures. 1. Two loose screws holding on the cover to the HVAC unit. A filthy filter. Subsequently, no heat/ac to the 2nd bedroom. 2. No working vent or light on the range hood. 3. Kitchen drawers poorly held together with metal brackets. 4. Multiple holes in the blackout shades. 5. Unfinished repair work on the bathroom ceilings. 6. Toilets that needed multiple flushes to empty. 7. Paint patch up spots all over the walls. 8. Both bathroom sinks had overflow holes filled with mold. 9. No cap inside the dishwasher to hold the detergent in place.
