Great quality for your money. This was a Super clean, nice hotel in a good area. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Close to a Walmart and great diner.

Excellent location close to stores, and restaurants, the hotel is great when traveling with family. Also we enjoyed was the variety of breakfast menu which the protein was different every morning.

Everything has become more expensive, but I was sad to find one of our previously favorite places to have gone down in quality while going up in price. Not as much bang for your buck as it used to be. The beds were too hard for me to be comfortable, and we received adjoining rooms vs. a 2 suite room for our family. While I understand, I don't think getting this for our family should have been the same price as what we paid, especially having made reservations in advance. Sad. Not sure we'll stay there from now on.

This hotel location is racist. There is staff member there by the name of Cory that has a raging disdain for black patrons (or any patron who is not white). Do not stay here. Hyatt refuses to address ongoing complaints about this location.

The hotel was busy with several weddings when we were there, but the staff had planned ahead and reserved a room for us in a quiet corner of the hotel away from the wedding parties. The front desk definitely needed more staff, though. The hotel is quite large, and there was only one person working when we were checking in during a busy time. The room was large, and had an actual door between the bedroom and the living area. I get frustrated when hotels call their rooms suites, but there is no door. This would be a great place for families to stay. The hotel is in an office park, and it was a little confusing to figure out where to enter the parking lot. It looks like there are some restaurants and stores within walking distance, but you might have to take a convoluted route to get there. We actually had a bit of a view from our room. There is a big wooded hill behind the hotel, and one of the windows in our room looked out on it, which was calming.

Everyone was very hepfull from the front desk to housekeeping. This even though they were very busy. I would definitly stay there again.
