Two bedroom suite worked well for our family of 4 adults

Beds not very comfortable. Hot breakfast options poor towards end of breakfast period - not refreshed. No waffle maker. Housekeeping timing inconvenient came late afternoon/early evening when we were in the room.

Very good location to see the fall leaves and other things in the area. We'll maintained and clean. Wonderful staff. Would recommend. Breakfast each day is well above what you would expect!

As a long time Hyatt member it saddens me to say that this was a subpar experience. My room (130) was next to the kitchen so there was noise late at night and early in the morning. The room faced an outdoor eating area so the blinds had to remain drawn. Additionally, I think the blankets they give you on an airplane are thicker and provide more warmth. As a Hyatt member I should have been given an upgrade but instead I was arguably given the worst room in the hotel.

I’m honestly astonished this hotel has decent reviews and you really need to look at them better because they are buffed up. We stayed in June for a medical procedure, expecting this to be a Hyatt standard hotel, as I’ve been a Hyatt member for 10+ years now. This was seriously the worst hotel room I’ve had in my whole life. It was dirty, grimy, moldy, outdated, stinky, and just flat out disgusting. The bathroom had black mold and the toilet had water running all night as well. The pictures on the website are not at all accurate of the room I was given. Plus, I paid the price of the rooms that are pictured on the website and was given this garbage. It was so so gross. Even the hallway stunk. I literally slept in the desk chair because I was too scared to go near the beds in fear of what was lurking. I 100% recommend staying far far away from here.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. It is close to the highway for easy access. Close to everything…Walmart was right across the street.

My experience at the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie was a true story of two halves: excellent service from one associate and a complete failure of leadership from management. The Good: Above and Beyond Service I need to start with an immense thank you to Kyra at the front desk. When I realized I had accidentally left my wedding ring in the room, Kyra personally took the initiative to search for it, found it, and called me back within the hour to confirm it was safe. Her trustworthy, proactive service was truly 5-star and completely saved what would have been a devastating trip. The Bad: Operational and Managerial Failure Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was severely disappointing. The service issues began immediately, with a pre-requested crib and amenity not being set up or ready upon our arrival. The critical failure, however, came from the property's leadership. When I escalated these concerns—including the initial miscommunication and service failures—the General Manager never responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The complete lack of accountability and communication from the management team was unacceptable. The Final Resolution The issue was only resolved after I escalated the case to the World of Hyatt Concierge corporate team. They were professional, apologetic, and provided a very generous resolution to compensate for the stress and the local management's failure to engage. In summary: The local hotel has wonderful, diligent employees like Kyra, but if you have an issue that requires management intervention, be prepared to escalate it directly to Hyatt Corporate. This is a solid hotel that is currently let down by its leadership.

Staff told us price for Thursday night but not increase for Friday and Saturday. Crappy move. This hotel is way outdated for the prices. I would have paid more at another hotel than to pay these prices. Rooms smelled musty like air filters not changed often enough. Lots of wall and carpet patches that should be recognized if repaired professionally. Breakfast ok but nothing to brag about. Pancakes were to hard to cut with a fork but great to go play fetch with the dog.
