Everything was clean and up-to-date

I love the property and the location is perfect. It’s right by the stores walking distance to a Dunkin’ Donuts, Walmart, diners, and all the restaurants.

The hotel was fairly clean, we were upgraded in our room which was a nice surprise, the room itself was large, however several of the outlets did not work in the bathrooms. Bartender at the bar was wonderful, he made us feel very comfortable and good was surprising decent for what it was. Would stay her again.

I booked two one-bedroom king suite. One for us, one for our son. They gave me room 114, which is a standard queen. I entered room 114 realizing this was a 'downgrade'. I returned to the front desk asking about this. The front desk said sorry about this, there was a problem about the king suite, they can only gave me a standard queen. I asked for price adjustment, the women said they already sent the price adjustment to me ( this is not true) I said : I never receive any notice that I will get a standard queen room , I did not receive any price adjustment. I asked the women to contact her supervisor, the supervisor was kind enough to upgrade me to a two bed-room suite. When I checked in, if the woman could explain that they can only give me a standard queen room, I can accepted this, but it seems to me the hotel was waiting for me to 'discover' the room was not what I booked. Which is not that professional . Worse the woman said they refunded the price difference to me, this did not happen.
