Soggiorno fantastico. La camera si affacciava sulla baia con una vista da sogno. I servizi sono davvero perfetti sia per adulti che per i più piccoli. Barriera corallina a pochi passi dalla mia camera e con possibilità di vedere tutti pesci di barriera e anche le tartarughe

Accesso al mare un pò distante perchè bisogna aggirare la barriera ma pochi minuti a piedi

Magnifiques piscines et jardins parfaitement entretenus, restaurant principal et à la carte (Italien et Oriental), Aqua Park, animations musicales et spectacles au théâtre couvert, le Spa et les massages surplombant la mer, et surtout le ponton en face de notre chambre surplombant la baie et permettant d’accéder aux récifs protégés dans la baie pour des sorties en snorkelling exceptionnelles (visibilité de la majorité des poissons tropicaux de la Mer rouge, des raies et plusieurs tortues qui habitent dans la baie) ! Autres points forts : un club de plongée de qualité dans le Resort et une excellente localisation géographique pour des sorties à Port Ghalib en taxi et en bateau vers les plus beaux sites de la Mer Rouge (Baie de Mubarak, Dolphin house, Hamata Island, …).

Personnellement, « juste » 2 points d’amélioration pour se rapprocher d’une note maximale : - Le restaurant près de la baie propose un déjeuner / snacking peu varié et de faible qualité gustative. - Des « soirées DJ » tous les soirs de 23h à minuit par exemple après l’animation musicale et les danses classiques des animateurs !

Our stay at Lamaya Resort Marsa Alam by Jaz Group was honestly one of the best resort experiences we have ever had, and we travel a lot as a family from the United States. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, respected, safe, and truly at home. First, I want to personally thank the amazing reception team. Mr. Mohamed Harb, the Reception Manager, was incredibly professional, kind, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Mr. Nader, the Reservation Manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Special thanks as well to Keroless and Elsam at the reception desk — they were always smiling, friendly, patient, and ready to help with anything we needed. The level of hospitality and professionalism from this team was exceptional and truly deserves recognition. The room we received was absolutely amazing and honestly much better than our original booking expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and made our family vacation even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Ibrahim, the Restaurant Manager. He was one of the kindest and most professional people we met during our stay. What touched us the most was how he treated our one-and-a-half-year-old child with genuine care and love, almost like his own child. As parents traveling with a toddler, that level of kindness means everything to us and made our vacation so much easier and more relaxing. The restaurant staff, beach bar staff, pool bar staff, and lobby bar staff were all incredibly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every single person greeted guests with a smile and treated everyone with warmth and kindness. You can really feel that the hotel management created a culture of hospitality and respect. I also want to send my sincere gratitude to the kitchen team. Huge thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Hosny, Chef Mr. Antier, and Chef Mr. Hassan. They were extremely professional, talented, and genuinely cared about food quality. The meals were delicious, fresh, healthy, and had a great international variety. Honestly, some of the dishes were restaurant-quality fine dining, especially the Alfredo pasta, which was outstanding. As a US citizen traveling with family during difficult times globally, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to us. At Lamaya Resort, we truly felt safe, relaxed, happy, and welcomed every single day. This resort genuinely felt like our second home. Thank you again to the entire Lamaya Resort and Jaz Group team for creating such a beautiful experience for our family. We will definitely be coming back again, and we are already looking forward to seeing all of you soon.

Since seven years, we have been enjoying the Jaz Lamaya Resort every year! When the day to depart arrives, you already plan to come back. In particular, that is also a place for children, who are so happy they would like to remain there all the year. Finally I have to remind that wonderful places, like Luxor, Karnak, Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, Hatshepsut temple, and may other ancien egyptian monuments, are not too far from the resort. Definetely the Jaz Lamaya Resort is a beautiful and lovely place not to miss.

Amazing experience at JAZ Lamaya Resort. Delighted with this eco-friendly resort in Egypt. Exceptional service. Warm staff ( reception, restaurants, animation team, cleaning and beach guys ..) spotless rooms and common areas, great food ( very fresh) and plenty of activities (teens loved the slides). Magical place, very attentive, excellent value. We ll be back!
