"Perfekte Erholung"

Das Buffetessen war zu jeder Tageszeit lecker und vielfältig, auch für Vegetarier. Das Personal im Service absolut charmant und kinderfreundlich. Die Köche hervorragend. Allgemein war das Personal nicht nur freundlich, sondern fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war tiptop sauber und gepflegt, die Gärtner und Unterhaltsarbeiter gaben alles. Reception hilfsbereit, Animation lustig, Badeaufsicht auf zack. Die Lage an der Bucht ist traumhaft. Der Strand sofort erreichbar, an einer Stelle flach abfallen - ideal für Kinder und Schwimm-Anfänger. Für Schnorchler/Taucher gibt es ein hauseigenes Riff mit Steg-Zugang. Wunderschöne bunte Fische, Schildkröte, Blaupunkt-Rochen etc. Wer lieber Pools mag, es gibt mehrere, auch beheizte. Der mit Sicht aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang gefiel uns besonders. Liegen am Pool und Strand gabs reichlich. Das Hotel gehört zu einer Anlage mit verschiedenen Resorts. In der Mitte gibts echt viele Souvenirläden zum Shoppen. Für alle Hotels inkl gibts einen grossen Aquapark. Tolle Rutschen für alle Könnerstufen plus Badeaufsicht. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wollen wiedermal kommen.

È il secondo anno che torniamo in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo. Si trova a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto, personale sempre attento e gentile, struttura impeccabile, a disposizione anche l’acquapark a 100mt dal villaggio, perfetto per i bambini. Possibilità di entrare sia da spiaggia che dal pontile per vedere la barriera corallina. Animazione internazionale, la sera sempre spettacoli di danza. Super consigliato

Cibo un po’ ripetitivo ma comunque sempre di qualità

"Excellent holidays in Jazz Lamaya Resort"

We spent one week in Jazz Lamaya Resort. The hotel is located near quite nice coral reef. The pier over it enables obesrvation of nature even without snorkling. Rooms are clean, quiet and cleaned every morning. Service is excellent, staff friendly. Food in restarants is really nice and diversified. Wine and other drinks acceptable. Overall, it was a wonderful time in perfect plays and nice weather.

"Perfect holiday"

Our vacation was perfect. The bay is wonderful for snorkeling : there are beautiful corals, fishes and turtles. The staff is kind , food is delicious and varied . The water park is great. Rooms are large ,comfortable,clean.Animation is good.

El hotel me pareció espectacular, sobre todo la atención de todo el personal. La comida muy buena y variada, y cambiaba todo el tiempo, con muchas opciones para vegetarianos y celíacos. La barbacoa de la noche era muy buena. El muelle del hotel es perfecto para hacer snorkel y buceo, con corales y gran variedad de peces de colores. Hay un spa que ofrece masajes y demás servicios. Los precios son similares a los de Europa. Sin dudas que voy a repetir la experiencia.

Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación estaba enfrente de la pileta, donde se hacen la mayoría de las actividades, y a veces la música era demasiado alta.

"Ottimo resort a Marsa Alam con tanti pregi e qualche piccolo difetto"

Struttura molto bella, curata e ben gestita. C’è molto personale coinvolto nella cura e pulizia delle aree. L’atmosfera che si respira è di un resort di buon livello. A soli 5 minuti dall’aeroporto.

Sì accede al mare unicamente dal pontile mentre non è possibile farlo dalla sua spiaggia. Il servizio open bar è reso con prodotti di livello medio basso

Very friendly staff, great pool, good rooms, everything is very clean. Beach, riff, pools, aqua park etc are perfect for everyone who loves water

Quite noisy around the Easter celebration (=music acts on an impressive stage) and the installation of the sound system etc... in addition to the usual daily "entertainment"
