La spiaggia e il mare. Solo un piccolo pezzo di spiaggia ha accesso diretto al mare e non puoi avere l'ombrellone in prossimità dell'accesso diretto se alloggi al jaz lamaya.

We spent a week's vacation at the hotel in mid-March. We were accommodated by the driveway, which was disturbing because of noise from incomeing workers + all the transport to the receptions of about 4 hotels went through this. Unfortunately, changing rooms was not possible because the rooms were being partially renovated before the summer. For this reason, it was not possible to sleep with the windows open, which is what we are used to. The rooms were otherwise nice, but due to the location and fences around the entire hotel, you had to go to the sea through the entire area, although the path could be shortened if it were possible to use the gate in the fence, which is unfortunately locked. The sea is nice, clean with lots of fish and other sea animals, including turtles. If someone wants to go to the sea from the beach, you need to take into account that entry is not possible at the hotel due to corals. The entrance is about a 5-minute walk from the bay. The advantage is the possibility of snorkeling even in worse wind conditions, because the pier is in the bay. There were enough sunbeds available by the sea. There are fewer sunbeds by the pools, but we always found a place. It can probably be more complicated in the high season. Unfortunately, when it is windy, there is nowhere to hide in the lee by the pool. The hotel solves this with portable screens, which do not fully protect you. The shade is solved with permanent pergolas. Although the umbrellas were in the corner by the pool, they could not be used. Apparently, it was an order from the management. I do not really understand this decision. The pool staff (responsible for sunbeds, mattresses, windbreaks) were slower. We had to insist on bringing them a few times. If you did not tip, they deliberately forgot about you. There was only one heated pool, however, if you were a little tougher, you could swim in all of them. The pools were clean. The food menu in the dining room was more modest, but the quality was excellent. Especially Egyptian cuisine. Every day a different type of cuisine. I would criticize the hygiene when preparing pasta a little. Service was fast, pleasant, smiling. Overall impression of the holiday was good. The children received a small gift as a souvenir.

Un ringraziamento particolare per l''accoglienza di Moustafa che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa dandoci tutte le info necessarie.. e soprattutto al Dr. Sherif Gamal per la gestione impeccabile di tutto lo staff, sempre gentili sorridenti disponibili ed efficienti..a partire dalla pulizia delle piscine... dalla manutenzione dei giardini... pulizia delle camere ... ottima cucina internazionale... Inoltre la camera vista mare con un bellissimo tramonto... spiaggia con grandi ombrelloni.. la posizione è bellissima a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e in una baia con mare sempre calmo .. passeggiata che costeggia il golfo di oltre 2 km attraverso altri splendidi resort con molto verde e curati alla perfezione. Inoltre prima di andare via un omaggio molto apprezzato... Entrambi parlano molto bene l'italiano...

Se devo per forza trovare un difetto.. l'animazione... ma per me non era importante...

We visited the hotel this March. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in so far, this was the worst experience. It is absolutely unacceptable that we were asked to pay for the minibar twice without any explanation. It was also the first time we’ve ever had to pay for drinks from the minibar. The selection of food in the restaurant was quite limited, but if you’re not too demanding, it’s acceptable. According to the information provided, there were supposed to be three heated pools, but unfortunately only one was heated, and it was constantly crowded. Otherwise, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. However, the overall experience during our stay was quite unpleasant.

Super hotel, super obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie i drinki, woda filtrowana w całym hotelu: piliśmy i jedliśmy wszystko (drinki z lodem, sałatę, owoce bez obierania) i nikt nie chorował - byliśmy 9 dni. Fajna rafa w zatoce (mieszka tam też żółw) i spokojna woda. Bardzo polecamy zwłaszcza zimą - hotel osłonięty od wiatru (ani razu nie było czerwonej flagi). 2 podgrzewane baseny w hotelu i woda w aquaparku również podgrzewana. Aquapark 5 minut spacerkiem z hotelu. Mega zadbany, soczysto zielony teren hotelu. W restauracji czyściutkie bawełniane serwetki, aż żal było w nie wycierać brudne ręce czy usta. Wracamy za rok!
