I’ve visited many hotels in Egypt over the years, but Jaz Lamaya Resort truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. The overall value for money, quality, atmosphere, and hospitality were exceptional. From the very first moment, I genuinely felt welcomed, and that feeling stayed with me throughout my entire stay. Service The service was outstanding; warm, genuinely attentive, and consistently helpful. I felt very well taken care of. The entire resort was spotlessly clean throughout; rooms, restaurants, and all public areas. Food & Drink The main buffet is fairly typical all‑inclusive quality: decent, varied, but nothing extraordinary. However, the grill options and the à la carte restaurants were on a completely different level. Those meals were fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and added a real premium touch to the dining experience. The drinks were excellent as well—far above the usual all‑inclusive standard, with cocktails made from real ingredients and always enjoyable. I also loved the beach food stands, especially the crepe stations, which quickly became one of my daily favorites. Wi‑Fi Another pleasant surprise was the Wi‑Fi, which worked everywhere, the first hotel in Egypt where I’ve experienced reliable coverage across the entire property. House reef and snorkeling trips I have to mention the beautiful house reef: access from the bay or jetty is easy, and I enjoyed slipping in for a snorkel every day. I also joined snorkeling trips with Coraya Divers, which were well organized, safe, and genuinely memorable, perfect for discovering even more of the local underwater life. Exercise The daily exercise classes were also perfectly fine, enjoyable enough to join during the stay. A great bonus was that you can walk outside the hotel area along a seaside walking path, which is a wonderful option if you don’t want to stay only inside the resort. In short: Excellent service, quality food highlights and drinks, reliable Wi‑Fi, and daily reef time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jaz Lamaya and will absolutely return.

Alla reception quando siamo arrivati ci hanno fatto pagare 700€ di surplus perchè ritenevano i miei figli di 13 e 14 fossero da consoiderare aduklti quando poi su booking avevo inserito le loro età e il preventivo era stato già calcolato. Avessi saputo non sarei mai andata per quella cifra nel resort. Episodio spiacevole. Loro quando attacchi la wi fi non ti fanno fare ricerca sulle agenzie on line così non pupoi neanche confrontare i prezzi!

This is just a wonderful place to stay, and enjoy the weather, great food, the nice pools, the beautiful bay filled with corals and colourful fishes, and the super friendly staff! Added bonus is the access to Aqua Coraya, especially nice for kids. The location is great, as you simply walk out onto the jetty where you can safely access the bay. You are immediately surrounded by corals, fishes and sometimes even sea turtles! Even for children it is very safe to snorkel here, since there are mostly very mild waves. I especially loved that there was quite a lot of vegan food available, and different types of plant milk. Also, when one of us had an unfortunate accident, the staff was very helpful in arranging the necessary medical support.

Everything was perfect. The hotel deserves 5 stars and more. We had a wonderful time. This was our third stay here and we would gladly return to our second home again. Thank you, Mr. Mohammed Harb. I spent a week in Jaz Lamazy in February. I was travelling with kids and it was perfect. I highly recommend it. It was calm, service really nice and I appreciate the bay - shallow water, no waves, safe for kids.
