Hotel Jaz Lamaya resort is very beatifull, everything is clean, garden is breathtaking. Send beach with molo for snorkeling. We had lucky and in bay we saw a turtle and lots of beatigull fish and corals of course. Food was amazing too. Personal very nice. Including is aquapark near the hotel, so we really enjoyed our holiday. We will come back again!

Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes Riff mit Steg und zusätzlicher Bademöglichkeit am Strand (5min Gehweg). Vielfältige Programme, Animation aber nicht aufdringlich. Abwechslungsreiches und hervorragendes Essen. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal.

We’ve just returned from an 8-day stay at Jaz Lamaya as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids), and it was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful - very well maintained, full of greenery, and surrounded by lots of palm trees, which creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the grounds in such great condition. What really made our stay special, though, were the people. Every single member of staff deserves recognition - the entertainment team, bartenders, waiters, reception staff, gardeners, and cleaners. Everyone is incredibly friendly and hardworking. They clearly work long hours, yet always have a genuine smile and make everything look effortless, as if it’s a pleasure for them. The entertainment team is fantastic, especially for families. They do a great job keeping both adults and kids engaged throughout the day. A special mention goes to one of the animators - Jiecek - she’s an absolute volcano of energy. It’s impressive how enthusiastic and positive she is all the time. We also really enjoyed the mini disco for kids in the evenings. The team puts in a lot of effort to involve all children, even the shy ones, and creates a fun and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable joining in. Another noticeable improvement compared to our visit three years ago is the WiFi - it’s now much more reliable and works well across the hotel, which is a big plus. If there’s one small thing that could be improved, it would be the taste of the water provided in the rooms. It comes in glass bottles and is filtered (not factory-sealed), and while we were assured it is perfectly safe to drink, the taste is closer to tap water and not very pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend Jaz Lamaya to everyone, especially families looking for a fun, relaxing, and friendly place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again.
