Centrally located and amazing staff at the lobby desk!

The suite was very nice. The hotel was completely updated and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of delicious options. I loved that the ferry and train/bus hubs were within a few minutes walk. Also, there were many tourist spots and parks within walking distance as well. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Lucerne.

Close to train station and v clean. Loved their breakfast.

worse hotel I have ever reserved air conditioning did not worl I reported 3 days and did not fixed terroble toilet in king bed rooms guaranteed me conectomg room and did not give me should not ne a blue radison alll other blue radison I have stayed are veri good

Great location and rooms

Booked a room for three guest, one being a child. We didn’t have a separate bed for the child. Considering the cost the hotel does not have good value for money, when three people sleep in two beds.
