Great views, beautiful rooms

Great location close to the train station, city and Christmas Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean with great amenities and in a walkable area. The view of the lake is beautiful.

It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend near Christmas Marketplaces, train, bus and city center.

Next to Luzern train station, there is a short-cut if you walk to the end of platform 15, there is an elevator connected to an overhead bridge linked to the hotel. Nice Thai restaurant just around the corner. Clean room and friendly staff.

Great place to stay

Got upgraded to premium room upon signing up as member on the spot. Spacious room, all necessary amenities available, and comfortable. Quite a bit of walk from Luzern station though.

terrible communication regarding the traffic and detours. it was utter gridlock for over an hour to go 2 km and we had no instruction how to navigate. terrrible
